NOTE: The cost of translation is conditioned by many factors such as timing, topics, and additional services (make up, delivery, etc.) Please, always co-ordinate the final cost of the order with our manager by telephone or by filling out an order form from the web site.
The price of translation is shown for language pairs with Russian.

Edition of the translation   – 50% of the cost of the translation
The cost of makeup depends on its complexity and should be agreed separately
Urgent translation – 5% - 100% extra charge
Aural translation of audio/video materials – 100% extra charge

If the language you need is not mentioned in the price list, please contact the company managers to calculate the cost of your order.

Certification of Translation

The cost is quoted per one document.

• Certification of a translation with the seal of Martin Translation Services - 200 rubles;
• Certification of a translation by a notary - 500 rubles;
• Making a technical copy of a document - 200 rubles;
• Notarized copy (except the Articles of Association) - 100 rubles per a leaf;
• Certification of copies of Articles of Associations and Certificates of Incorporation by a notary - 1500 rubles.

Legalization and Apostille

The cost is quoted per one document.

• Apostille - 1500 rubles;
• Consular legalization - 2500 rubles;
• Legalization in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry - 2000 rubles;
• Legalization of original documents - 2500 rubles.

Note: The cost of an apostille or legalization is always added a stamp duty + 20% of the stamp duty!

Translation of Personal Documents

Standard documents include any official document of no more than one (1) page (passport, certificate, statement, etc.) issued by the state, municipal and other authorities (Civil Registry Office, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, notaries, etc .), as well as internal corporate documents (resolutions of shareholder meetings, resolutions of the Board, orders, minutes, etc.), the text of which does not exceed 1800 characters, and which are sealed by those bodies or companies.

Standard documents do not include:

• Income statement, certificate of studies, proof of employment, diploma supplement, certificate of graduation, certificate of completion of courses Work record book, liner in the work record book
• Internal corporate documents, if they are provided in the package of documents (eg. Articles of Association + Certificate of Incorporation + Order + Resolution of Shareholders)
• Power of attorney, marriage contract
